|Calcium (formate: 200mg; citrate-malate: 150mg; bisglycinate: 150mg):
New research shows Calcium citrate-malate, long recommended for bone health is not enough. Two new forms: Calcium formate and bisglycinate, provide greater benefits due to their enhanced solubility. For maximum bioavailability and effectiveness, greens+ bone builder contains all 3 forms of Calcium.
Studies show a direct link between higher Magnesium intake and higher bone density in older adults. Like greens+, Magnesium promotes alkalinity in the body, thereby decreasing the risk for urinary Calcium loss.
|Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol):

In studies conducted at the University of Toronto, Lycopene has been shown to stimulate bone formation by osteoblasts (bone-forming cells) and has an inhibitory effect on the cells which break down bone mass (osteoclasts). Following these studies, researchers from Australia also showed higher dietary Lycopene intake with the prevention of bone loss in adults.
Per 8.5g serving of greens+*:

To prevent bone resorption (the gradual loss of bone), promote bone formation, and enhance calcium absorption and retention, as well as increase energy and vitality, mix 1 scoop (14.7g) of greens+ bone builder in one and a half cups (375mL) of pure water. Shake well. If you are a new user of greens+, begin with 1/3 scoop daily and gradually increase to a full scoop daily over a 3 week period. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Not to be taken by children, during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, by those on medication, following a low protein diet, with chronic health problems or who have been diagnosed with estrogen-dependent cancer unless under the recommendation of a health care practitioner.
