- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon (or to taste)
- 1-2 drops of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 cup of ice
- 2 scoops of fermented Greek yogurt proteins+
Dump it all in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add a cinnamon stick for garnish and drink away!
