- 1 to 2 scoops of fermented Greek yogurt proteins+
- 1 cup of sugar-free coconut yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder
- Toppings of choice
Add 1 to 2 scoops of Genuine Health’s fermented Greek yogurt proteins+ to 1 cup of sugar-free coconut yogurt. Add 1 teaspoon of matcha green tea powder and mix ’til blended.
Top with topping of your choice. I used a dried super berry mix of goji berries, mulberries and goldenberries. I also added some pumpkin seeds and a teaspoon of bee pollen.
